Suzie Q Pole Studio is located in North Parramatta (Western Sydney) and in Ashmore (Gold Coast).

Pole Dancing is for EVERYONE. You are not too old, too big or too uncoordinated! At SQPS you will find other women just like you - looking for something a bit different in their exercise program. Pole dancing is a fantastic work out - cardio, strength, flexibility and fun! You are mastering new moves and routines, so you barely notice you're working out - and because you're using your whole body weight you often see results much faster than using weights at the gym.

If you're not sure if pole is for you then drop into one of our studios any time we are open to watch a class in progress and ask us any questions.

'POLE POWER' - NEW CLASS FOR TERM 5

POLE POWER will take your pole conditioning to the next level! This class focuses on advanced strength and flexibility techniques and endurance building combos. Forgotten how to do a Sundial? This class will refresh combos made up from lower level moves. ONLY OPEN TO INT 3 AND ABOVE.

'LAP N STRIP' CLASSES

UNLEASH YOUR INNER GODDESS! Join women just like yourself in a supportive female-only environment. You'll learn a sexy routine incorporating elements of chair dancing, lap dancing, striptease (simulation only) and Burlesque over this 8-week course. $200. Half price ($100!) when taken as a second course.
Tuesday 7:00pm and Thursday 6:30pm.

'TWERKOUT' CLASS

It's not a workout until you twerkout! Learn to isolate your hips, lower back and glutes while upright and upside down in a heart-pumping cardio routine. Book in for the term or come along as a casual (we welcome anyone - you don't have to be a pole addict to do this class). Half Hour Class. $100 for 8 weeks. Casual $15.
Thursdays 5:30pm and Saturdays 11:00am

BLAST YOUR 'BUTT/CORE'

Butt/Core is a half hour express workout! Tighten, tone and improve your functional strength. Superset core training that tones your abs, glutes, legs, back, obliques and slings connecting the upper and lower body.
Will leave you feeling strong!
Half Hour Class. $100 for 8 weeks. Casual $15. Non-students are very welcome.
Wednesdays 7:00pm and Saturdays10:30am.

Casual classes are $25. Ten Class Pass (expires 3 months after purchase) is $200.
Unlimited Monthly Pass is $180.

SYDNEY ONLY - STUDIO TIME SATURDAYS FOR GUYS & GALS

Studio Time on Saturday's is not just for the Gals, Guys now included! The studio is open for your own practice, there is a teacher on-hand to help you with any questions you may have. This is not a one-on-one private lesson.

Cost $15 Students $20 Non-Students. Saturdays 12:30 - 2:30pm.
