Beginner

The basics, you’ll learn simple weight bearing moves and combinations and an easy routine to show off to your friends in Week 8.

Intermediate Introduction

The start of your upside down moves and handstands

Intermediate 1

You must be able to hold an upside down move before moving on to this level.

Intermediate 2

Prepare yourself for the odd bruise as you learn to hang on to the pole with just one leg!

Intermediate 3

Advanced-level routines and combinations

Advanced

In addition to learning the class routine you will start to put together your own show and stage persona to perform for the class in week 8

Elite

Extreme pole dance! Elements of Chinese Pole and acrobatics with special guest teachers.

Conditioning Class

Not strong enough to bust out that move? Conditioning will increase your strength and flexibility – includes simple exercises you can do at home

Cardio Pole

A high energy calorie-burning workout to fast paced music. A fun class for everyone with no weight-bearing pole moves. 

Stretch n/ Flex

Get the splits! A gentle half hour class focused on lengthening your muscles and improving your flexibility.

Workshops

A one-off 1.5 hour lesson in everything from Burlesque to advanced striptease to working in the industry.

Studio Time

The studio is open for your own practice, there is a teacher there to help you out if you need it.
