Stretch n' Flex (45 min class) $100.00 for 8 weeks. Casual classes $18
Want to do the splits! A gentle 45 minute class focused on lenthening your muscles and improving your flexibility

Conditioning $180.00 for 8 weeks. Casual classes $25
Need to improve your pole fitness? This class will build up your muscle strength and stamina as well as your overall flexibility - make your pole moves look beautiful!

Book in to any two full priced courses with us, in the same term, and we'll give you the second one at half price!* No half price on Stretch n' Flex or Mid term Pole.

Studio Time: $10
This a great opportunity to practice your pole moves or perfect your class routine. There is always a teacher available.

Catch-up classes
If you miss your class for whatever reason you can do a 'Catch-up' class, so come along to any class within that week and 'jump-in' (check the current timetable for class times). Please be aware that the class could be full with the regular class attendance and therefore a pole may not be spare.

Please note: The courses are subject to having 6 or more girls enrolled. At the discretion of management class times can be cancelled due to low enrolment numbers.
When enrolling in a course a deposit payment of 50% of your course fee is required to secure your booking. The course/s balance payment is due for payment at your very first lesson. Please consider your commitment to a term of tuition as we have a non-refund/non-transferring policy of monies to another term.
